Order Help

Can I change/cancel my order?

There's 2-hour window after placing your order to make any changes or cancel. Just contact us with your order number. Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

There's an issue with my order.

We offer a free replacement if there’s a manufacturing defect or if we sent the wrong size, design, or item. Please email us with photos of what you received so we can assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track its progress! (If you don’t see it, check spam)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere!

We currently don’t ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.

When will my order arrive?

Help with my tracking number.

If you don’t see your tracking number, please check your spam folder first before reaching out. If your tracking hasn’t updated to "In Transit" after 72 hours, or if there’s no movement after 5 business days, please reach out to us for assistance. Please note, this does not apply during peak season, as delays are more common.

Returns & Exchanges

Are there returns or exchanges?

We provide a Replacement Guarantee for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly.
