If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we sent the wrong item, size, color, or design, we'll replace it for free. Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so be sure to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Cancellation Policy
You have 3 hours after placing your order to request changes — including cancellations, address updates, size adjustments, or design changes. If your changes affect the order total, we’ll adjust the price accordingly. Once production starts, we can’t make changes, offer refunds, or process exchanges.

Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Original and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
