Processing & Shipping Times
Since all our items are made to order, we aim to process and ship most orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that embroidery items may take an additional 2 business days to complete.
U.S. Orders: Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
International Orders: Shipping can take 2-7 business days if items are fulfilled from a nearby facility. However, if the closest facility with your item is in the U.S., delivery may take 10-15+ business days. For specific international delivery estimates, feel free to email us.
Please remember these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by order surges, peak seasons, or carrier delays. Shipping timelines are subject to change without notice.
Return to Sender & Package Refusal
If your order is marked as "Returned to Sender," please contact us to confirm your shipping address. Once verified, we’ll provide an invoice for the return shipping fee. If this fee isn’t paid, the order will be voided, and no refund will be issued.
Orders refused upon delivery or marked undeliverable due to refusal will also be considered void, and no refund will be provided.
Missing Package
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please try the following steps:
🔍 Check Around Your Property: Look in common delivery spots like porches or side doors.
👀 Ask Your Neighbors: Sometimes packages are delivered to nearby addresses.
📆 Wait Until the Next Business Day: Packages may be marked as delivered but show up the following day.
If your package is still missing, please email us to confirm the address you provided. We'll send you the shipping label details so you can contact the carrier directly for further assistance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
